Nick you need to do some research. All of this information is already on asra if you use the search bar so first look around and read all the material that is already here. Than a good idea would be to join the board builders group on ASRA and maybe ask there.
It clogs up the forum if you ask multiple questions via different threads as you have done with this. So I am closing the discussion on this now. -
