download the extension for Windows media player , for what ever browser you are using , are you on fire fox ?

It's Windows only.
Putting video on the web so that everybody can see it isn't that hard. Why is BigPond, with all their resources, restricting their audience to Windows users only?

If you have a Mac with firefox you need to use the Flip4mac plugin to access streaming WMV via Quicktime
