Event Description

Outlaw DH race. Race track is a 750m long perfectly smooth pavement road located in a new subdisision, 10 minutes drive from Queenstown(NZ) Airport.
Race accessible to any skills level from intermediate. No hard technical corners, and pretty safe spot. Top speed are quite fast (up to 80Km/h) so you need to get a minimum of control of your board at speed!
Prizes for winners + spot prizes
Helmet and Gloves compulsory, Knee/elbow pads and/or leather recommended.
It's a longboard race, but if enough lugers are interested, we could add an extra category...

So please send me an e-mail (pierregamby@hotmail.com) asap to register for the race. I need to know: Full name, age, excepting to stay in Queenstown Saturday night?, contact details, home town.
REGISTRATION TO THE RACE CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 17TH! If you are coming on race day without prior registration, you may not be able to race. Please spread the word around you... :)
I limit the race at 27 riders, first to register, first in, so be quick!...
Racers under age of 18, will need to come with an hand written and signed authorization to race from their legal guardian. Parents and riders have to understand and agree that It's not an official race, and that everyone is 100% responsible for his own safety.
Helmet and gloves compulsory, elbow and knee pads recommended.
Racers will met to Queenstown (exact place will be e-mailed to racers) at 11:00am on Saturday March 20th.
Entry fee to the race is $10 (can be paid on race day). Money collected will be part to cover race expenses, part to support GravitySportNZ.
