Event Description

A Rad day of training for the groms. Or even the groms at heart.
Hone your footbreaking, sliding and style skills.
The better you are at stopping and sliding the more confidence you will have.
Benbro, Jacko, and others will be there to impart their wisdom.
And great wisdom it is!
No Helmet - No Skate
No Sliding Gloves - No Skate
Knee pads also. Even Elbow pads if you have them. If not ask Santa.
There might also be free stuff if you are lucky.
Bring your own water, lots of it, and lunch.
If under 16 parents permission required.
Call me on 0417 477 187. Cheers BJ.
I am limiting it to 15 GROMS to RSVP here.

I have approx 5 local groms that don't belong to this site coming also to make it 20 total plus the skaters that will be teaching you all.

Let us know if you need a lift from Cardiff station.

I just went out to the road and it has some crap over it from the construction work.

I would appreciate some help to clean it up. I will be there from 9.

I will bring some brooms and shovels.

Definately Charles. Bring him along as long as his parents are OK with it.

Brad, thanks for that. Good idea and generous to let others skate your boards.

This is shaping up to be an awesome day.

I will bring along a BBQ, sausages, bread and onions for some sausage sangas. Oh and the sauce as well. I will also bring along 2, 3m shade shelters that I have for some shade.

If anyone out there is good with a video camera and knows how to edit could you please come along and do some filming for us. I will take some pics to post.

Heres hoping HUEY sends down some fine weather!

Ah, but at least 4 of these are learning facilitators. So plent of room for more. Doesn't matter if we exceed the 15 as we have plenty of help.

Yeah. It is for groms that are just starting out and those that want to perfect what they can already do with help from benbro, jacko and others. If you can already footbreak and slide you will still get something out of it.
