Newtons Freeride 2017

ASRA is opening up the Friday practice day for skaters who want to freeride but not race. This also includes Gravity Bikes, Inline Skaters, Roller Skaters and any type of Luge. Excluded activities are drift bikes, billy carts and skullboarding.

Price is $100 for a full day of skating includes a competitor tee shirt.

Compulsory safety gear is fullface helmet and safety pads. ASRA recommends leathers but they are not compulsory. You must have a high level of competency in your sport. This track is not for beginners. It is enclosed by a concrete wall that will kill you if you hit it hard enough. You can expect to achieve high speeds from the top of the course at the Dipper. If you do not know how to travel at speed safely. If you do not know how to shut down your speed immediately, DO NOT freeride this mountain.

Any freerider who is not judged as competent will be asked to leave the track, not to return, no refunds given.
Any freerider who's behaviour jeopardises other competitors safety will be asked to leave the track, not to return and no refunds given.
Any freerider who skates the mountain too slow will be asked to leave the track, not to return and no refunds given.
Any freerider without a fullface will be asked to leave the track, not to return and no refunds given. (we might have cheap helmets to buy on the day ask us if you need one)
Any freerider who ASRA deems as not having enough safety equipment on will be asked to leave the track, not to return and no refunds given.
Any freerider who is judged as a beginner, or a noob or a dickhead will be asked to leave the track, not to return, no refunds given and no fucks given.
