the fact that you stayed in your lane, wore safety gear and looked in control is somthing asra can give themselves a pat on the back for....i think we are lucky that the videos on this site have been regulated by a safety conscience longboarding community....standards have been set without standards actually being set....if Aca or someone gets hold of such videos, and chooses to do so,nothing will save us from the photo shopping and clever editing and the misinformation that they will make their story out of.........like previous, its forgotten the next day.....

I can see were your coming from Bernie, I have had these problems before with ACA from just writing what area in Aus we skate in the description. I am happy to remove this video from ASRA just let me know

Hmmmm... cops might see it and associate ASRA with it but on the other hand we are always associated with stuff like this. When you represent longboarders I guess you also represent what they do. Is it a nice direct grab for ACA? yeah probably but than again I've had my fair share of run ins with ACA and they are what they are.

I guess its kinda like putting a sticker on your board - you support your team so you show that in certain ways. The same way an AFL supporter wears a club jersey than punches someone in a pub

Its not always great but on the flipside I'm proud a kid that's into longboarding wants to put an ASRA logo on his vid cause he's proud and stocked on his crew and feels like a part of the ASRA family

You are probably right Benbro, i could be over the top on the logo on this  one.

But on the firewall point I am not so sure, because it is a South Australian video, and the cops over there dont need very much encouragement, and I would hate to see Brodie getting hassled by them for what is rad.

Brodie,

Good video, but I think that you need to loose the ASRA logo. Like RIGHT NOW!

If ASRA are to have an ability to represent longboarders, then being seen to condone activities that the cops do not condone makes the job harder.

Plus you have put something out there for A Current Affair, and the cops that might want to waste their time on you, to come and get all the evidence they need, without any password firewall.
