The former Royal Mint is located on the corner of William and Latrobe Streets (280-318 William Street and 387-429 Latrobe Street) and is of architectural significance as one of the most impressive 19th century government buildings in Victoria. - from wiki

We've already gone through quite a few car parks in the city and none of them comes close to the speed we get from 114 Flinder st. Thanks for the recommendations. Will definitely go check out the one at elizabeth st. What exactly is the mint?
