Mate Falling off
I'm the first one, my mate is the second one, after that he couldn't longboard for 6 months, so wear a helmet! (and yes i wasn't wearing a helmet but i wear one now)

yeah guys im the guy who crashed and this kept me outta contact sport for 6 months! If youve watched this and you still dont wear a helmet your dumb!

videos like this are actually good. really shows how easy it is to fuck yourself up just from not wearing your helmet. so long as everyone in the video that doesn't crash is wearing a helmet its ok to post up a vid like this.

we wear helemts now, it was like 6 months ago. its just up to show people what happens when you dont wear a helmet. its just to make sure popel do wear them........
