Yeah, the security guard has no more authority than me or you and he had no right to do that at all. They probably could try to but i don't think they really care

you probably could of got that guy into some serious trouble with that footage,..riding your skateboard is no way an offence that warrants the security guard swerving to hit you,using his vehicle as a weapon,
