The skate shops should also be able to help.
Troy down at Macs in South rd Moorabbin and Jimmy or Callum at Hemleys in Fitzroy will want to help put the word out.
Also contact Lea Robbo for ideas on events that will be good.
Her Art-skates are a great idea.
We ran a slalom race in Fawkner park, which is close to St Kilda, and South . It is a great spot for a fun roll and a picnic, and one of the few parks where it is ok to roll.
When you get an idea of what you want to do for you first event, we can also get it advertised on victorianskateboarding.org.au, charliedontskate, and if you like hateboard.com.au.
a girl group is just what Melbourne needs, and there will be help for you to get it going.
