Hey dude, got some more headway with everything, turns out that the police directed me to the wrong place, then they gave me the wrong forms the I was directed to another place that was wrong and I have apparently found the right place... Long story short, I've got the ball rolling!
With map plans, what can I do to help (info and all that) for you to make some? Doesn't need to be right now, I'm going to wait until the days get longer for the event, start early, finish late!
Awesome! I was not looking forward to finding a place that would do that for me! Right now everything has come to a halt as the police will not let me close the road without council permission to ride on the road (It has line so it is against the law) but the council are directing me back to the very same police unit...
I possibly have a way around that and will contact you as soon as I have some time and direction! Thanks for you help!

We will be starting just after the first hairpin and finishing before the last corner before gosford street.
I'll get photos and everything to you as soon as I can. I'll also try and judge how many hay bales on each corner as well.
