Im making a board for a big lad right now, i think he's a bit bigger than you, i upgraded another layer of veneer, went a bamboo core, and heavier fibreglass mesh and its solid as a rock. Depends on what level of upgrades you wanted.

Sorry just read that again i think you might just be talking about one of your boys so it would not need the extra stuff. i just updated my page in homegrown gear check out the all the current shapes. Start at 190 plus delivery.
