Hey Dave, Who made the street luge? The pan support looks like two bits of solid square or is it an alloy profile of some sort? Did they use Alloy channel for the ends. So many questions. Stu.

I made it Stuart
pan is 6mm aluminium plate that was folded.
the rail you are talking about is an aluminium profile (wall protection plate.) not realy needed but acts as a bit of a bump stop)
yes just used alloy chanel as the ends with folded cover plates.
