Wheels and trucks all in house., not sure about why they put 3 mounting bolts in though!

They look really basic, yet strange.
How do they ride? Or is that strictly taboo haha

Chicargo steel trucks of the earley 70's had 3 mounting holes in there trucks..They were used on the old Bahne Super Flexes
