With that tiny wheelbase I'd take some of the turn out of the front truck - actually I'd take that 15 deg wedge of the front and use it to increase the dewedge on the back.

I'm putting a VERY dewedged RTS on the rear. that custom truck has traction issues...I'm not surprised.
