Yeah dude was looking sweet untill i stepped on it. 4 sheets of 4 mil ply with fibre glass thought it would have been enough. working on a new one 2 sheeys of 9 mil with glass between should be right...hopefully

are you putting the glass on the outside or middl of the board/ if yo put it in the middle it will add no structural stength 1 or 2 layers on the outside will make a very strong deck
