The developers have been fighting at court with the council for ages. Where the concrete wall is at the back there was a land slide and the road above it collapsed. So they said they could not build, but from all the signs they seem to be making headway in the court case, not much action since about september last year. They cleaned it up and planted trees and now nothing more for ages. Lets hope that they are bogged down at the supreme court or something, hehehe
