The short answer merrick is not. Any images or video taken at the race are considered the IP of the event. The IP of the racing part of the event is wholly owned by ASRA. This is then licensed to the festival promoter to be used for the sole purpose of promoting the event. The waivers you sign at the rider check-in stipulate this. When media passes are given out journos also sign similar agreements. The bus is not the Rockstar bus, its the Newtons Nation bus, rockstar is just a sponsor of the event along with many other sponsors.

I would refer you to jackos comment and just be stoked that your on the side of the newtons bus.
