ditto on the no pads, helmet, shirt gig... only cool for so long.

The shoulder looks meaty but the hip is the one that will hurt the longest.

yeah, that happened a few months ago coming down bondi road at night. Cleaning the wound was the heaviest, most painful thing I've ever had to do.

How can you tell a speedboarder. They have the 1litre bottle of betadine in the cupboard instead of the 45ml.
