vaccuum press..you paint all the wood in glue then lay it on top and it sucks all the air out.

well if it works and the board rides good i will be making them for people if wnated (obviously they have to pay for materials)

oi man you will have to make and W bit in the middle a bit bigger but it depends on how thick your wood is, if it is thin it will be fine but any thing over like 6-7mm you wont get much W but the sides are fine hahaha

each of my plies are 1.3mm thick so probs just make it like 7-9 there thin plies so would that be alright

made out of wood..not sure what type one of my friends dads gave it to me..it has sorta plasticky lino stuff on the bottom to keep in rigid
