i asked arvin, he claimed around 50ish... i know how much gradient a hill needs to reach speeds of 80k's and i also know that no bike path anywhere is steep enough to allow a bike to roll that fast, let alone pedal up it...
I do know what gnar is and i also know that when i first started out i thought i was going much faster than i was too. when things get gnarly it seems your going super fast

sorry jacko.
yes , i agree with the whole deception of speeds and stuff (thought 1 hill was 50, it was actually 35-40) but theres no way if u did the steep side its only 50. i have hit over 50 and this is much faster. We skated down one side (slow side) and started walking up the fast side, and arvin says "holy shit, this is gnar." after that we left becoz for us it was impossible to skate (would of have to of gone from 75 to 20 in 2 seconds...)
u have to remember aswell bikes have proper brakes, i dont think a biker could ride up 1 side.
check it out yourself, or let me take u and show u. but i garantee u its not 50.
