I've built a bunch, learned alot. I can do away with the spine by increasing the rigidity other ways. I calculate the riders weight and center and build in the stiffness.
I just realised that you had changed the front pan shape. Thats awesome, so much more room for hands now around the front of the handle.
I notice on this board, the pan is not square as the corners angle back towards the middle of the pan, this obviously allows for truck movement especially if you have bigger wheels. I notice the sleds you built for us don't have that feature.
The Smrtic/TRS boards that I made were designed to blend his aero pieces with the TRS chassis. I needed to leave things square in order to do this, otherwise the fiberglass didn't have any support. All TRS chassis have been clearanced for wheels since 95'. Bill will be making new molds to werk with my chassis soon.
