nar... I'm not that good!  Got a nice edge when I trimmed it and used a good brush for the second coat of epoxy.

hey just asking what you use to cut out your longboards with cause im having trouble with a jigsaw

Hi Sam - I just use a jigsaw.  Make sure you get the right blades for the job.  Jigsaw blades for a smooth cut and tight corners, and taking your time is the way to go.  I also use a belt sander to finish off the edges...  What sort of trouble are you having?

I tried cutting out a kicktail on a board and the jigsaw kept jumping and ended up ruining the board and thanks for the advice

Ok. Go for thin, high speed blades and cut it out on the bottom side so the base plate of the jigsaw is in constant contact with the deck.
