The points breakdown was lifted straight from the IGSA. Easier to use theirs than reinvent the wheel. But perhaps the explanation is that for ease of understanding the table above only displays integers, whereas the underlying numbers are to 3 (?) decimal places.

Just looking at the "points breakdown" between some positions, ie position 6/7, 8/9, for example there is a 2 point variance to reach parady, yet there is a 3 point variance to reach parady for positions 5/6, and 10/9, for example. (These are just examples, Bugs, for the sake of the discussion)

Where does the need for this point variance occur in the format, and why is it necessary......just trying to understand the breakdown.
