My Dematoligst recomends for clean grazes try Vaseline and Female hygine pads are a great cheap dressing . If a bit dirty try mixing vaseline with beterdine etc

Yep, vaseline, paw paw ointment and even honey are all good on wounds, and I've read of sanitary napkins as a cheap dressing too. Cheap, and fantastically weird looking. But hey, it's all blood.
