its a freeride tho not a race,.so you get stacks of riding

There's Beat the Bastard, which is freeride, not racing, but it's the place for almost unlimited runs on a Big Hill.

Hopefully BTB will be my first event. I really like the idea of a free ride where you go down the hill at your own pace. Is that how it works at BTB?

Also, whats the top speed for long boarders at that event (with and without air breaking)?

Top speed is about 80, but a lot of the hill is around that speed, not just one bit. With airbraking a fair bit slower.

yeh thats it shannon...your own pace bro,....
lots of guys attend races to go at there own pace and just to be able to ride and enjoy the hill in a controlled and safe environment..
tucking probs 80s,cruising 60-70's

BTB is an Awesome event and anyone that has been there raves about the hill, how well the event is organised and the amount of runs. Well worth the trip up north.
