the mill brisbane ..........read this if u skate it it could save ur life
at the mill today joshe chad and dean doin a full run with lance on the left spotting
a dark red /moroon nissan X trail with a older fatter man with white hair and full white beard only about an inch long
this person swerved onto the other lane where josh chad and dean are skating all 3 boys are forced off the road onto dirt chad missing a power pole by inches .....dean is fine shocked but fine josh's right leg is mostly road rash ...and chad is hurt .....missing alot of skin arm shoulder chest hip elbows ......he was taken to hospital by ambulance
the boys took a minute to get to lance but when they did he was gone looking for this guy ...with no luck
coppers rocked up we said what happend then went off for a look see so did lance in the other direction...the police are fully on our side we had the rules there and all the saftey gear.
this old guy lives 1 house up on the corner of the mill ......his son/sons drive done up silvias n stuff but they are not the problem they have said to others in the past dont worry about my dad hes a fuck head word for word .....but yeah ......we found his car and the boys thought it was his so we went there and he said straight away that he called police on us and we need to get off his property .......so we did straight down the police station we went he was there 3 minutes later
charges have been laid josh chad and maybe dean will need to go to court on this .....chad is still in hospital now this happend prob 2 hours ago
this guy nearly killed 3 people today if you ever skate the mill watch out him DARK RED / MORRON NISSAN X TRAIL ....old fat bloke with white hair and white full beard .............

the unmarked straight is aboot 80km/hwhere the incident occured about 70 or higher but they were higher up so a bit slower i assume

na we went to his front door to confront him he told us to get off his property ....we left went to police station ......he then followed in his own car that he swerved about 3 minutes after we left
charges i dunno recklass driving ...but the cops know this guy they do not like him totally on our side they are gunna throw the book at him i think he could nearly end up in jail depending on his hostory but he def could loose his lisence for a couple years a huge fine and a good behaivour bond or something like that but i dunno ........i ireally dont know what charges they could give him if he admits he wanted to make them crash then i think its about pedestian saftey then but i dunno

Endangering the lives of anyone with a car is a serious offence, especially if its deliberate. I know there are people who will try and run us off the road, maybe because they think what we are doing is illegal (the mill is a legal spot),... but you cant take the law into your own hands and endanger the lives of people just because you hate skateboarders.

seems like I posted a story as well while Blake was doing his , the police are now comparing his story and were interviewing him when we left and told josh and I he would prob deny it and we would go to court but that they would press charges . he actually drove at a 45" angle right in front of them (maybe 5/10 m3 away when he stopped on the left hand side of the roadright in the middle of the left lane....unbelievable

Just because you're breaking one law doesn't give other people the excuse to break a different law. And the law you're breaking as a skater is trivial compared to what is essentially assault with a deadly weapon.
Anyway, it sounds like this guy was known as a bag of trouble and the police knew who he was and were happy for the opportunity to get him.
