ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Well here's the story
One day My stoke is ultra high and I can do anything. Then a week without a skate
And I struggle to do some of the simplest things
Like heelside checks n shit
Its fucking me off majorly
Anyone know why this shit happens and how to prevent it
Repitition? Just confidence?
Or is it possible my talent has Been taken by theives?

Just skate more often, If you lose your skills then just practice them a bit and you should get em back again.

If you cant, then I suggest you go and find the thieves and get your "talent" back

A mental thing that only exsist inside your head?
Or from a physicalogical point of view, if you've been skating a whole week straight then your muscles havent had the chance to repair but immune to it, since you've given your muscles that you've have damaged time to repair ( 1 week break ) then they can be redamaged again; then keep skating and it will become immune until you give it a rest.

your telling lobby to skate, the kid is the lasziest cunt i know

Maybe if you stopped focusing on on filming yourself taking a shit and focused on skating and tried getting shit down then maybe, when you go skate u do nothing, you just so lazy, thats why u dont put in effort into the sport mate

robert are you talking about muscle memory or muscle damage? i don't understand what you mean.... and the word is physiological (not trying to be a smartarse or anything, sorry if it comes off that way)
i think he means. if you skate and then stop for a little while and then have a hard sesh when you ride your board again your legs muscles may ach  and be sore after and the next day maybe. but then he say that if you keep on skating everyday and don't stop, your legs will get immune to hard skating you have done. i think that's explained a bit simpler .Im not sure.
