Unfortunately for me, my mates are all set in their ways and wont budge off their short boards to give longboarding a go.. I am hanging out to get out there and with some local lads for a skate. I'm no stranger to skating but am relatively new to longboard. I am situated in Strathpine and am able to go skating almost everyday between the hours of 12 and 4 ( bastards have me doing night shift ! )
So hit me up if you're up for it.

Hi Ash,
I'm up the road at Bracken Ridge, the hours are a bit out of whack for my working day but maybe we can catch up for a Saturday or Sunday session

Hey guys, bit of a downhill muckaround session at Ferny Grove / Ferny Hills this coming saturday morning (21/3/09). Meeting at Milwood place at upper kedron just after 8am. Pretty much no traffic, straight steep bomb up to 80km/h, but you can work your way up to it, and has an uphill runoff on the other side. Awesome spot for any beginners or whoever. There are a few other spots around aswell we will hit afterwards. my numbers 0403 406 012 if you want any more info.
