Is there any problem with the rangers skating the bottom area just turning up to skate?

Not generally. I have skated it many times with Simon Dudko and his bro and they seem to have a very good repore with the rangers.  We never really skated the bottom section, just did all the downhill and had no issues. Simon is on a bit of a first name basis with them so that likely helps a bit. There is no internal rule or bylaw against skating there. The only place you can't skate is within their special garden path area near the entry.

Its a very fun and very safe place to skate. All hotmix, rolling hills, only one way traffic, and grassy on the edges of every road so you crash and get grass burns rather than hitting a tree

cheers Robbo sounds like a great place to go
