tthanks
Slalomers seem to use the panhead ones so they can feel where their feet are without looking especially if your using a push start. But also I think they are easier to buy at the local hardware store. For length it just depends how your going to mount the trucks how much riser and wedging etc. You might need as much as 2.5 -3 inch hardware for something like Tracker RTX/S correctly wedged for racing, esp on the back where you might need to compensate for a the kick.
a timber slalom deck double wedged needs 4x1.5" bolts and 4x2.5" bolts, a foamcore deck needs 2" and 3" bolts.
thanks so much for all the helpful info :)
this is way better than the 'fish
yeh, thats ok. Hop will give you some awesome deals, so I would get an Axe if I wanted to do some slalom. The humu is awesome, but not really that suited to slalom.
