car parks and hills that me and my mates can go to ride in the Melbourne's CBD

hey guys just wondering if someone could just tell me some places where me and my mates can hit up. Places like car parks, low populated ditches and some hills are all good. Also if they are safe and not join to get in shit from security etc.......
