blue mountains to coffs

hey all, I'm going on holidays for the next two weeks, heading to blue mountains then newcastle, up to coffs and around glen innes and dorrigo, i'd be keen to meet up with some local crew and go for a run. does anyone have any suggestions for sweet hills?
