Any tips on the Fernleigh Track?

Hey, I've heard good things about the Fernleigh Track, anyone care to shed some light on the pros and cons of doing it? Is it steep?

It's not steep at all. I'd describe it more as flat. It's fun, in a relaxed, scenic kinda way.

It's got a slight downhill nice and long if u take your time could take you about 20 min downside is pedestrian traffic
