Local Paper Covers Slalom Skateboarding

On Saturday, June 14, at Needham High School, the third annual Needham Open Slalom Skateboard Race was held. Organized by Karl Floitgraf, NHS Class of 2006, it featured one of the original Z-Boys in Wentzle Ruml, a star in the documentary film “Dogtown and Z-Boys” who currently lives in Wellfleet.

“This was by far the most successful year,” Floitgraf said.
