Event Description
It's time for the Wellington Outlaw DH Race! We will be meeting Saturday 15 May at 10:00am at the wind turbine road. Racing will be 2-rider heats since its a quite a gnarly road. Bring leathers if you've got them, helmets and gloves are required. 10$ entry fee
We're working on getting sponsorship to supply prizes for top finishers as well as hay bales for some of the corners. The road will not be closed but there will be volunteers at the top and bottom of the road to make sure traffic waits till each heat is over so riders don't have to worry about traffic. If your keen to help out with this or know anyone who is, post something up! It'll be much appreciated.
Come out and bomb this gnarly beast or watch some fellow skaters race, it's gonna be a fun day!

RAD day on the Gnarliest road i've ever skated...!
can barley walk thanks to the many, many slams of the day.
managed to take out 3rd! big ups to the Wellingtons boys for great day.

If any other Aussie isn't doing BTB, this event has now turned into a legit event. Road will be closed with hay bales and Original skateboards are sponsoring... get onto it!
