Event Description
i am filming for a school project and it would be great if people would come and skate so i could get some footage.
The saturday we could go to a local street to have a small slide jam of some sort i guess. kinda want some people that are fairly good at free ride/freestyle and some downhill. it is called Blackburn rd, St ives. you can get a train from wherever you are and get to gordon station. and then catch the bus from there into st ives to hassle park. (it should be on the main road. and the park is really a playing ground and on the other side of the road is the shops and if you ask the shops they will tell you were blackburn is) this will start at 11am end whenever you guys want to leave.
The Sunday im thinking pump station, but im also open to any other ideas' as long as its practical. this will start at 12 and then go till close to dark.
if you still want to come to blackburn with a few of my mates, you can still come. we will probably be there from lunch (midday) till whenever. there is a nandos, newsagency and a petrol station close (bout 2-3 min walk up a hill)
things to bring. Board, helmet, gloves and bring some water (lots of it) and probs food. unless you are the type that dosent get hungry...

My friend is trying to fing his camera with a built in usb stick but the other one you will need a card i think.

also david what camera is it and does it save to a SD card or can it transfer by USB, cause if it can i could put it on my laptop so i can take it to school

I would definatly be up for pumpy in 2 weekends since its a bit easier for alot of us to get since you just catch the train.

well i was kinda hoping you guys had some ideas. because i was thinking pump station but i wasn't to sure. also on the saturday me and a few friends are going to blackburn to chill, slide, maybes even bomb the hill (50km tops) any other suggestions for the sunday though?

If you check it out this weekend then do all the filming the next weekend than I can come and bring a camera if you want and 2 more riders.

Love to help out man but i agree with the bellow statements -
why not find a place you can skate and film more comfortably.
As someone who has been making videos for a while and recently starting to film Longboarding I can confidently say your gonna need more than an hour of decent light.

yeah im going up there this week hopefully to figure out when the ticket guy isnt there so maybe we could get in earlier. we are filiming with a Go Pro camera (not too sure which one but im pretty sure it can shoot 1080p. we have various mounting equipment that our school provided. and im not too sure on the focus of the piece. just trying to get good footage to make a cool video
