Event Description
Hey guys!! so as you may know, I am unable to skate for a year and abit, so, this doesn't mean im going to quick my passion of seeing skateboarding or doing it. I have decided that I will start running my own events! starting with the first slide jam!! I am so stoked to be able to do this and make sure everyone has a rad/ enjoyable time! :) it will be on the SUNDAY 23rd OF MARCH (this month), there will be tons of prizes to be given away and I am awaiting responses from potential sponsors! if forecast is ex...pected to rain THIS EVEN WILL BE POSTPONED TO THE NEXT WEEK.
prizes will consist of WHEELS, decks, $$$$$$$$, bearings, hopefully some shirts, stickers and a little trophy for a remembrance of the event :)) stay tuned for more details to come! get hyped REGO WILL BE $10! some snack and drinks will be provided on the day to! the hill will be at Ainslie boarder cross. the pavement will handle ANY wheel, it is the most buttery pav hill in canberra known! ITS A CLOSED ROAD** no one is aloud up there but the friendly rangers who allow us to skate there :) competitions will be: steeziest/smoothest run shredder of the day! longest toeside longest handsdown (you have benfit of either doing toeside or heelside for this) and longest heelside!See More |
