im just stoked i actually get to race it again! missed out on the last two, stoked your getting the ball rolling trav!
two weeks to go... bloody pumped!
Guys this whole event is targeted at and meant to encourage groms, it has always been this way. Leave the threats, abuse, swearing and name calling for the pub. Many parents of groms in Sydney are reading this thread for information about an event their young 12 year olds want to attend so keep the meat head antics off the site.
This is a kids hill and everybody knows that, the reason this event continues is because it gives young kids in Sydney an entry level event to aim at and allows their parents to involve themselves in a downhill event that is done in a safe and nonthreatening environment.
*Format updated
- basically the same deal as the previous outlaw, with a timed qualifier to evenly spread the different skating levels across the groups.
- for people that didn't attend the outlaw, this format was pretty successful as it saw competitors walking straight back to the top and only a short wait before their next race. - you will get 4 or 5 races at least + practice + qualifying run + quarter / semi / finals runs. your legs will burn!
