Event Description
We are bringing back the original 'Grom-Bomb' event, but seeing as there are so many grom shredders these days we need to let some of the newbies pick up the pace. It will be at the same place we had the Grom Bomb Splashdown (click link for write-up/video).
This is a race for all the new-comers and beginners to downhill skateboarding that are looking at getting into events but want to start out easy. The race will be on a mellow bike path with smooth pavement, very mellow grade and speeds of around 40-50km/h. There is a run-out at the bottom however there is one right hand corner that you will need to slow down for, but it is a very mellow turn.

wow that was a lot of registrations really quick! if you dont get your name in the first 32 spots i would say come anyway, chances are a few might not turn up so if that is the case you will get to race too.
