Yeah we will start off with the casual round robin sesh like BHC.

That will make our seeding, then were gonna run a tree.

Comment by Aaron London on December 5, 2011 at 21:04

Will it be the one racing division.

Plus will the format be different from BHC rather than walking up and racing who you want will it be an organized racing tree?

I have to say that having MOSS Foundation charity was a big help for our credibility when negotiating with Melbourne City Council for both access to the Park and halving of the hire fee, as well as getting Bank of Melbourne and VSA to kick in with cash and insurance.  Although the prizes were not significant in terms of dollar value, they were significant to the winners (even Jacko, who immediately shared his prize with groms).

The real winner in every event is Skateboarding as a sport.

MOSS Ditch, Bowl & Slalom events raised around $7k, so another African village will get clean water!

Keep up good work, organising events, travelling to events and sharing the stoke, and as we all build credibility and continually prove to "The Man" that we are competent, and sensible, we will find that closing roads for our events will become easier.  When that happens we can grow the sport properly, and who knows where this all can take us, but I reckon that the I.O.C. can expect a call any day now.
