"1. No traffic will be held up, we stop for the cars"

have you run races before? you need to get these things clear first. in your event description your telling people that races will have to stop if a car is on the track as you will not be stopping them, now your saying you will stop traffic...

im not going to be racing this event but i am concerned for those who would attend! you might find that some people would be concerned for their safety when an event organizer is unsure weather they are going to be stopping traffic or not, or even if they know how to do so properly

yes, we wil have to stop traffic, but as far as starting when a car is coming up? no we wait for them, we will have to stop traffic when a race has already started but there is almost no traffic there anyway.

wow... i would not want to race this. your gonna put a lot of people in danger. u cant just stop a race heat mid-race if a car is coming up. people will be racing each other, going for it, and your going to let cars on the open track? chances are people might not be able to stop in time and could have a collision. otherwise the cops will get called for sure. running races on open roads needs at least some form of traffic control my friend!
