oi guys id luv to do it but im doin the drink station at cranbrook (Rose Bay) Ill bring ma landyachtz just in case coz me and my mates would be goin after. Also, go before the runners, coz after youll get caught up with the slow walkers.

just an idea..my mate and i will probs come but until you get to the tunnel at like the 1 or 2 km mark its all up hill..so we were thinking of going to kings cross and coming in off a ramp just before the tunnel before all the runner go so we get a clean run

Not sure if I'll be able to go, hopeful though. I reckon it wouldn't be too bad to try go before the runners, if you get stopped explain the predicament of having to dodge them if you go behind, if you get told to completely stop, push back, have a break while the runners get a head-start, then get going again. A wise man/t-shirt once said "It's only illegal if you get caught" or in other words, push your luck.

go after the runners. wait a bit then catch up. you can't go before them. after them is OK because all the fun runners are around taking it easy and they have to keep the roads open for them. take what you can get they shut it for runners not skaters. I've done it twice. its fun.
