Comment by riffraff on February 1, 2011 at 9:41: Some weeks ago i was speaking to some of the "pro bros" in each state about grom selection. It was raised at the time about 4 man heats. I said then that I liked the idea but, had to check out how council, police and insurance felt about it ( being a change in my traffic management plan/ risk assessment). Well I did and, they all agreed with me and said go for it. The level of regulation put on an event organiser is probably inconcievable to most of you . So ask an ASRA committee member about the work required for Newtons'. The Bomb is a legal, insured ( that means you too), first aid at a level of overkill, road race over 2 day worth 229 points to Nationals. At the moment i've gotta laugh at bro's givin me or Sak or GSE flack .We are walkin the walk for you guys to race safe and fast, . Benbro and Jacko asked me about 4 man heats 2 months ago. Thanks to them, I started on it then, and I got it for you, as of now, its on! So why have only 4 stand ups entered? Thats only 1 heat, money where the mouth is time....how many organisers are there around , take your concrete and talk sense to me, or just go skate by yourself...
