Wild Wild West 2015

The Wild Wild West is back yet again and this time bigger and badder than ever! No more do these outlaw criminals have to lurk in the shaddows, no more do the downhill bombers need to fear the fuzz, no more do we have to play like ninjas to ensure a full day of racing, this time the Wild West is 100% legit!

Thats right, TWO full days of stacked skateboarding! Come one come all out to Lowther Siding rd in Lithgow to take a stab at bringing home the bacon or just to check out some snazzy dudes in leathers whizz by at speeds up to 80km/h.

The Wild West will take place on the 4th and 5th of July so book in the dates and get prepared!
Racing will feature opens, juniors and women's devisions. so there will be fun for all ages.

!!!!SAFETY REQUIREMENTS!!!!!
Full leathers and full face helmet is recommended, however if you do not have access to leather suits you must be in full length thick clothing (denim jeans leather jacket or thick hoody) and MUST have knee and elbow pads on. Yes elbow pads are dorky but i DONT CARE if you don't have em you don't race no exceptions. If you don't want to look dorky get yourself a sweet leather suit and look badass!

Accommodation will be at 'The Barn' located close to the race hill on the Saturday and Sunday night (possibly also Friday night too for the dedicated and the volunteers). Pitching a tent will cost $10 per night.

Registration will cost about $80 and that will cover you two full days of riding plus racing in a safe hay-baled environment. This year there will be TWICE as much hay on the road to keep you guys as safe as possible so you can go as HARD as possible!
Registration will be open via this ASRA website and payable by PayPal.

NO REGISTRATION ON THE DAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Rider List

If you are able to lend a hand over the course of the weekend there are plenty of opportunities for you. Please contact me directly if you wish to be a volunteer, the following positions will be available:

Track Marshall - man the radios and help with proper communication between the start/finish line (must have decent communication skills)

Finish Line - An extra set of eyes to help spot out which rider's are which and relay the information to the main Finish Line marshall for results recording.

Start Line - A helper at the start line to organise riders into the appropriate heats to ensure fast flow of the event and less confusion.

Media - If you are an avid photographer or videographer and would like to be a part of the film crew please get in contact!

Transport - anyone with an LR License that wishes to help with the transport driving would be our top priority. This member of the team is a VIP and could be compensated for their time spent at the event. Please contact if you wish to help with driving the bus to/from the event or at the event itself.
