ASRA needs you!

We are a volunteer organisation, the only way we can put on rad events is with your help. Riders, skaters, parents, brothers, sisters, friends, partners, martians, teachers, spectators, and freaks (we don't discriminate).

There is a job for everyone. We don't make you do something you are not comfortable with. If you are worried about a building site, or using tools, or being a marshall in the middle of a dangerous race course, dont worry, you will not be forced to do a job you don't want to do. If your child wants to volunteer, and you are worried about their safety, we are organised by professional event manager, our event site is safe, and we always give jobs appropriate to age. 

Why volunteer? 
Being part of a team that does the impossible is an amazing reward. We are building one of the world's best boarderX courses in the middle of a busy shopping mall. With the expected spectator numbers at the festival, this will be one of Australia's biggest skateboard spectator events! You can say you helped build it. 

Get experience, get you're own boarderX course!

Do you want to use the boarderX course in your local area? Come and learn how to put the course together, and what is involved. ASRA wants to build a national BoarderX competition, and have an event in every major capital city. This is your chance to get involved, and show ASRA your commitment, and we will return the effort by helping you get a BoarderX event in your city!    

Rebuilding ASRA
One person can not rebuild ASRA. A new board can not rebuild ASRA by themselves. The only way we can do this is everyone does a little bit of work. If we all carry one brick, we'll get the building rebuilt. The BoarderX event at Blender is a good opportunity to get ASRA back in the game. To find new skaters and people to help make a great national sporting body. Please show your support and volunteer some time.
