The Members of CDDH work very hard to promote this scene. We know that most of you understand and respect the scene. However, incidents like this remind us that the community aspect of this sport is as important as ever and we understand that as numbers grow the challenges of making sure that everyone respects the community also become harder. We all have one thing in common; we love to skate. Our goal has always been to connect with all skaters and grow the sport. The more connected we are, the easier it is to have an enjoyable scene everyone can be a part of.
At its core, the Grom Squad was designed to help new skaters understand this. If you know a new skater, get them involved. We all benefit from the shared understanding and respect that the Grom Squad teaches.

Not trying to be a shit or anything but for your 6th paragraph you said "its up to you to tell your friends how important respect is before you tell them about what is, in the end, OUR spot" on the day we did not know the kids because we were leaving to the hospital as they arrived we did not know how they found the spot, i took a glance at the kids and i know for a fact that the havent skated a CDDH event before and never will. All the people i introduce are mostly school friends and i make them skate with me first so i can show them how to respect spots.

We do understand this Chris and we don't place any blame on you or the people you were with. With new people coming in all the time this stuff is really hard to control. We know you can't prevent these things and we really appreciate that you got onto it and told us so now we can do something about it.

I usually see a few of them around Manuka in the afternoon after school. If I see em I'll get their names and stuff. They definitely got the message. They won't be back (if they are smart).

We are going to sort this issue out with the people involved but in the mean time:
The intersection between Dalman cr and Akame circuit is off limits for this week.
This will give the area time to cool down.

well damn, skated that spot for like 5 years, nothing bad happened. well other then a few broken garage doors and loads of skin on the ground.
seems like we need to find a new spot that has literally everything, easy stuff, hard stuff, fast stuff and everything in between. good luck guys.on another note, I am moving on my FP NSF, hit me up if you want it.

Yo dudes, what's the status on the whole O'Malley situation? I'll be well pissed off if I get home and can't ride one of my favorite places.
In other news there is a rad hill not far from my flat that has 3 consecutive sweeping hairpins that is super rad to ride and a short car ride away is a crazy steep foot path ready to eat your face if you aren't careful. As a result I'm gettin' dem toesides nailed. BOOM CHECK IT

I will be skating today, might hit omalley from about 9.40 till 11 then out to gordan anyone that wants a lift out bring $5, for petrol money, I may even take you to a new spot.
