More risers or a harder bottom (boardside) bushing.

Change your trucks, i love sabre beautifully made trucks but they sit further back then the average truck and therefore have more chance of wheelbite.

hmmmmm, real tough choice there.

$4 - $8 for risers or bushes vs $75 - $100 for trucks....

or

You could remove the offending bit of board with a sander.

(few good sessions and it will be shredded anyway!)

Turn less.

when i get a small amount of wheel bite i just use a cupped washer  board side. restricts the turn a little bit.

Cupped washers.  It will allow you to run a far softer bushing and restrict the depth of movement to avoid wheelbite

Made me LOL

haha that made my day!

umm i tried pretty much all those solutions, except buying new trucks which i think im going to now do. are there any trucks that DEFINITELY won't bite? i really need some that won't bite because I've come off a couple of times because of the biting. I'm thinking bear 852s or randal r-2s 180mm. any suggestions? i want trucks that are good for freeride/slide and a bit of downhill

thanks guys!

pull out your bushings, wrap your wheels in sand paper and grind away for a while, if you dont have a drum sander.

if its only a small amount of wheelbite you may be able to redrill and space trucks a bit further away fron the drop. wont increase wheelbase much but may help

this but leave your bushings in, cover your wheels in a coarse griptape like vicious or early grippa etc .Find a long steady hill sit on your board and cruise down the street carving and sanding as you go. Do two wheels at a time front or back. Sounds funny but it will work very well and only sand off exactly the material that needs removing
