Hey mate!
I was planning to come tonight, but I couldent get hold of henry so I didnt know where to goooo.
Gahhh.
And then some cop pulled me over for cruisng along belconnen way.
Bad day for skating.
But soon my man!
Hmm, I will try, i think I have henrys number so Ill text him if I can make it.
I have school on friday and I live in belconnen, so omallys a bit out of the way, but I really want to...
Ill try my hardest, thanks!
Yea The Torso and legs (green) is roo, the sleeves (yellow) are cow.
Nick Duffield is experimenting with making them and this was a trial pair from him.
He isnt ready to be making them in large quantaties at the moment but maybe let him know your interested and if he workd out all the kinks in the operation he could probably help you out.
are these the new clear red and yellow Randal bushings or the old solid colour ones? The new clear ones are much softer than the old ones and I'd be surprised if anyone got a 92 on the new soft bushings.
If you like the barrels and those sorts of duro's I'd look at the Reflex Orange/orange + in front and the stiffer orange +/red in the rear. It is very uncommon for a rider to have softer bushings in the rear of a dh board as you want the front to steer and the rear to follow. You don't want the back outturning the front or it is like trying to ride down a hill in a forklift!
I am guessing you are doing some pretty mellow hills on those bushings as they are quite soft (especially in the front). If you want more carve in the front I'd suggest running the Reflex Lemon barrels in the front and Orange or Orange plus in the back.
If you want something stiffer I'd go with Orange plus in front and Red in the rear which will be very stable.
how do you like your trucks (tight, loose, somewhere in between)? I have set up a set of trucks for a customer with a combination of red and dark orange, but haven't actually ridden Kooky's so am unsure how they will react to the bushings. What are you using in them now and how are they for you?
hey bra, apparently my leathers arived today, psyched! still missing too much skin to sesh for a few days though. you're working this weekend hey? the weekend after that we should do apollo rd if you're free. hopefully your kooks will be in by then, keen to check em out.
peace dude.
yeah dude, i feel bad. knee pads are rad, this is the moral! hey are you going to mt kiera on thurs? i don't think i have a spare seat in my car for sunday bro, my wife is bringing her lady friends for company, we're gonna head to tidbinbilla early, like 9ish, cause i have a family birthday thing at 12 so either follow us out, or next weekend we can make a full day of it.
peace
i actually live in sutton, but i work in fyshwick. have car, will travel!
if it doesnt rain tonight, some mates and i are cruizing round the issacs/o'mally area, nice roads, and everyone drives expensive cars, so they stay out of the way!
i'm only there sat night. no guff this time so no plans to cook anything major except run a bbq for us all. you should cook friday if you want to cook.
see you soon dude.

First crashes in them today, they work well.
