Hey mate, so i saw the Doc today and got some x-rays done and it looks like mum did an alright job putting it back in luckily. It was pretty funny i was speaking to the young doctor for awhile about the sport and he was getting very interested, by the end of it when i was walking out he asked to see videos when i get back ahhah. He did say that i'm going to be very tender on that shoulder even right up to the even he reckons. But I'm still seeing how it goes its still feels pretty good right now i'm icing it and keeping it in a sling, then next week i will see if i need a physio. Still not sure if i would be able to make it to the goldy for physio, there is a local physio if not. There is no streches you could give to me to stop it the shoulder getting stiff in the mean time?
Hey mate, i have noticed talk on the forums about your a physiotherapist or something relating to movement of the humna body :)
well i had a little accident this arvo and poped my shoulder out of place i managed to walk back to my house (100m away) And got the attention of my mum who is a nurse to yank my arm back in place which hurt pretty bad. It feels alot better right now, but i was just curious if there is any streches, methods of keeping further injury from happening something along those lines just some advice from a pro...................
Cheers Joe
